The Depths of Nakedness, Lov'in Yo SKin

Last night I hosted my first ever Tribe Naked Yoga Class. I don't think it knew just how real and deep shit was about to get. See there is great healing in being naked. When all comforts are stripped from you forcing you into a weightless space of being. Being with You with no fucks given. Today I shared a naked story from my childhood. I didn't realize how liberating of an experience it would be. How it so much needed me as I needed it. Liberated, Liberate it! I spent a large part of my life suicidal. It creeped up into my life around the age of 7 and didn't make its escape until the age of 27. Even typing that was a chilling experience.

Words have power, we must learn our power using giving them when needed it and silencing them when required. A safe space goes beyond a building with a little yellow sign. A safe space is you as an individual being.

Mediate on these next questions:

1. Would someone feel safe enough to come to you and reveal the deepest of their pain?

2. Could you guide them back to love without judgement?

3. Have you taking the time to heal from your pains?

4. Are you present enough with yourself to ensure you're not projecting your traumas on to others?

5. Are you emotionally reacting or responding to this game called life?

6. What's your relationship with fear?

7. How close of a friend are you with trust?

"All 7 and we'll watch them fall. They stand in the way and will smoke them all.."

- Ascend Master Prince

We have to be sure not to let any of those 7 things stand in the way of our ability to love. Love ourselves and then love the world around us.

"There's is nothing you can tell anyone to do that you can't do yourself. "

With the currently level of trauma being experience in today's time it's important that we heal from our pains and not fear of run from them. When they're acknowledged we're able to kiss them away. Giving ourselves permission to feel something different, no longer grieving no longer fearing.

Our story is not what makes us, our now is our only reality. We are not the blame for any pain we might have felt in our past. It's is not our curse and karma isn't punishing us.

It's time to come together and heal together. Those of us that are ready. It's time to know longer spend time waiting for others to heal with you.

There's a tribe of people ready to let go now and support you now. It's ok to grow away from what you used to know and choose you now. It's ok to choose you. Trust me, you will love you for it.
